If you have previously sent in a picture of your meter, you do not have to send another one.

The grass dump site will reopen after 1:00pm on 4-12-24.

April 27th 8:00AM-12:00PM. 
Please bring items to the Public Works Building. 

Item that will not be taken

1. Electronics-TVs, computers, and printers.
2. Household hazardous waste.
3. Lawn mowers containing fuel or oil, Liquids of any type.
4. Items containing Freon, propane tanks, gas cans, cement blocks, masonry bricks, or any other type of landscape support.
5. Mattresses.
6. Tires. 

When mailing in your Pet License please have a separate payment from your utility bill. Thank You!

With the snow coming we ask that you do not park on the street. This will help us properly clear the streets.

NOTICE OF ELECTION – FILING DEADLINE
Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, a regular election will be held in the City of Lincoln for the purpose of electing: 

CITY COUNCIL
Mayor     (4 year term)
City Council Member (2 positions)          (4 year terms)
Judge     (4 year term)

PARK BOARD
City Park Board Member (3 positions)      (4 year terms)

Any qualified elector who has been a resident of the City of Lincoln for at least nine (9) months is eligible to be a member of the City Council or Park Board.  Candidates are required to file a Petition/Certificate of Nomination, and a Statement of Interest. Forms are available by contacting the City Auditor’s Office at 74 Santee Road, Lincoln, North Dakota, 701.258.7969.

Candidates must file the required forms at the office of the City Auditor at 74 Santee Road, Lincoln North Dakota, no later than 4:00 o’clock p.m. Monday, April 8^th, 2024.

Trans Trash was informed that The City of Bismarck landfill is closed the following holidays as they have not been in the past. Due to this all routes will be pushed back a day just like other holidays.

EPA requires all cities to inventory their water service lines within your homes. The city is asking, if capable, to take one picture of the inlet and outlet of your meter and email the picture with your address to admin@cityoflincolnnd.com or drop it off at the city office. If you're not capable of taking the picture, please contact the city office at 701-258-7969. http://deq.nd.gov/MF/DWP/LCRR/ .

Citizen Interest Form
The City of Lincoln currently has an opening on the Planning and Zoning Board, Board of Adjustments, Tree Board and Economic Development.  If interested please fill out the form and either email to lincoln@cityoflincolnnd.com or drop it off at the city office.

Update from Transtrash: During Tuesday's and Wednesday's trash and recycle pick up, approximately 1/2 of the totes contained one or more of the following, grass clipping, leaves, and/or  tumbleweeds.  None of these are allowed and cost Transtrash extra to take to the dumps.  If you are found to have any of these items in your totes, transtrash will not be picking up your totes the following week. Please be mindful of what you're placing in your totes, we don't want this to turn into additional fees.  Thank you!
