*Can the Judge reduce points on a traffic ticket?
      - No, all points are handled through Driver's License Division (701) 328-2604.
* Do you accept payments over the phone or online?
      - No, we do not accept credit card payments or any type of payments over the phone. At this time, we are unable to process online payments of any type. 
* Do you accept credit cards for payments on fines? 
      - Yes, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card for payment of fines and payments on traffic and other non-criminal offenses. We also accept cash, checks, and money orders. When posting bond to get someone out of jail and/or posting bond for a warrant, you must pay in cash.
* Do we have a fax number?

* Who can I talk to about points on my driver's license or suspension of my driving privileges?
     - Assessment of points and suspension of driving privileges are administrative actions taken by the Driver's License & Traffic Safety Division of the North Dakota Department of Transportation ay (701) 328-2600. Contact your home state if you are a resident of or licensed by another state.
* How do I get a driver's license?

* I have a question about a traffic ticket I received outside of Burleigh County who should I talk to?
      - You need to call the Municipal Court or district court of the jurisdiction where you received the ticket. Look for the courts contact information on the front of the citation. 
* Can you tell me my court date and time?
       - Lincoln Municipal Court only has court once a month. Court is held on the second Monday of every month at 9:00 Am. For further information regarding your case, you can visit the North Dakota Court website. 
* I need an extension on paying my fine or other court ordered condition.
      - If you need an extension on paying your fine or other court ordered condition, you need to send an email to clerk@cityoflincolnnd.com to have the review and consider the reason for extension. Only the Judge can approve/deny a requested extension.
